Responsibilities

At Quest, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for actively assisting in all marketing, communications and public relations efforts for Quest in support of Programs, Operations and Support Service areas.

  • Support, update and maintain Quest Inc. social media presence, including Facebook inquires, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube.
  • Support the design of flyers, graphics, e-vites and other marketing materials.
  • Responsible for categorizing and ordering promotional items and inventory including t-shirts, giveaways, door prizes, walks and event support as well as the Quest Team Store.
  • Assist in planning, writing and managing quarterly E-newsletters through the use of standard e-marketing tool for various support departments and Quest Village as necessary.
  • Serve as liaison and on-site support to all program and administration areas for photography and video requests.
  • Provide administrative support through the creation of PO’s and managing office supply purchases and inventory.
  • Provide back-up support to the Marketing and Communications Manager to maintain the Quest corporate website and Intranet Portal as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing and communications efforts including, direct mail, print ads and developing innovative methods of marketing.
  • Serve as an active member of the Marketing and Communications team and assist with other department projects as needed.
  • Display enthusiasm for the mission of Quest and the individuals we serve.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the department and the organization.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to legally work in the United States
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Valid FL Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Completed a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. English, Marketing/
  • /Communications, or Public Relations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop highly desired
  • E-marketing tool experience a plus (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML and graphic design a plus
