At Quest Village, the Lead In-Home Assistant supports and encourage the acquisition of personal outcomes for all residents at Quest Village. Provides leadership and supervision to promote a high quality if the life for persons served and to ensure that consumer individual personal goals and expectations are met.
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred
