    At Quest, the Enclave Supervisor is responsible to work with and train individuals Quest serves while working at various locations to ensure that tasks, such as but not limited to, janitorial, housekeeping and lawn maintenance are performed accurately and timely, in accordance with all contractual obligations.

    • Coordinate with Enclave Manager in the development of training objectives and goals for the individuals served.
    • Provide continuous training to individuals served on properly and safely completing work tasks. Janitorial/housekeeping tasks can include, but are not limited to: sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, emptying trash and cleaning bathrooms, door frames and kitchen areas. Lawn maintenance tasks can include, but are not limited to: mowing, edging, trimming, raking and blowing.
    • Provide direction to, and act as a role model for individuals served including performing all enclave work duties and not just providing supervision.
    • Complete time studies every six months.
    • Maintain all materials or equipment utilized to complete contractual work. Notify Enclave manager when equipment is broken, needs repair or additional supplies are needed.
    • Complete and report all accidents and/or incidents in required time per policy.
    • Complete and submit reports and all other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Ensure quality control standards are met by periodically conducting inspections.
    • Comply with all Quest, Inc. safety policies and procedures, especially when driving company vehicles and accurately maintain vehicle logs.
    • Accurately document work hours and submit in a timely manner.
    • Interact with internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.
    • Ensure that professional appearance is maintained.
    • Participate in department meetings and in-service trainings.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.


    • Eligible to legally work in the United States
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment
    • Valid FL Driver's License with a clean driving record (no suspensions)
    • Ability to provide proof of educational achievement or required certifications such as a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, college degree, advanced degree, or medical credentials
    • Ability to lift up to 60lbs
    • Minimum 1 year experience working with adults with Disabilities is required
    • Prior leadership experience in housekeeping/janitorial/lawn services is preferred
