    At Quest, the Project Search Manager provides leadership/supervision to Lead Job Coaches within Quest’s Project SEARCH program and as needed, act as a Lead Job Coach at a host site. Promote and grow overall program.

    • Provide timely and appropriate verbal and written feedback on performance or ensure that appropriate feedback has been given to all Lead Job Coaches.
      • Establish and track achievable monthly goals that align to the department’s annual goals.
    • Provide an atmosphere that fosters teamwork, good morale and cooperation.
    • Work with HR to recruit, as needed, any open staff positions.
      • Ensure all required Quest and Vocational Rehabilitation’s paperwork, background checks and training are completed timely.
      • Manage/cover any open positions when necessary to insure quality care and service delivery.
    • Assist in the development and/or revision of strategic plans that provide growth and sustainability to the Project SEARCH program and align to Quest’s larger strategic plan.
    • Assist in development and management of the yearly budget.
    • Develop and/or revise onboarding and in-service training for the program.
    • Set, supervise and maintain office procedures included, but not limited to:
      • Office hours
      • All compliance requirements as they relate to Quest’s policies and procedures, funding and licensing agents, as well as any local, state and federal regulations.
      • Staff meetings
      • Staff responsibilities
      • Incident and emergency procedure plans.
    • Function as the key liaison for all host sites, providing ongoing communication and problem solving for Lead Job Coaches, the involved school districts, the host site’s department managers and liaisons to coordinate any unique needs of an intern.
    • Act as a liaison with client’s families, group homes, guardians and Waiver Support Coordinators when appropriate. Satisfy stakeholder by providing exceptional service.
    • Track and compile activity weekly from each host site/Lead Job Coach, included, but not limited to:
      • Intern enrollment
      • Placement
      • Retention
    • Complete required documentation and submit billing timely from all host sites to stay in compliance with the Vocational Rehabilitation requirements and the national Project SEARCH office.
    • Adhere to all company policies.
    • Other duties as assigned or required.


    • Eligible to legally work in the United States
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment
    • Reliable transportation, valid Florida Drivers’ License, Auto registration, Auto Insurance 50/100 and a clean driving record
    • Bachelor Degree required
    • 2 years’ experience working with Individuals with Disabilities
    • Previous supervisory experience highly desirable
