    Responsibilities

    At Quest, the Validation Program Manager designs and oversees the implementation of

    validation and behavior programs at assigned locations.

    • Train and provide feedback to staff on validation and behavior programs as needed.
    • Monitor the implementation and success of validation programs at least weekly, and conduct validations as necessary.
    • Design validation and behavior programs, ensuring links with support plans.
    • Conduct behavioral assessments as needed.
    • Enter monthly notes for validation programs and behavior programs in the consumer database on a monthly basis.
    • Design and monitor behavior reduction programs at least monthly, or more frequently as needed.
    • Compile reports on validation programs and behavior reduction programs at least quarterly.
    • Ensure compliance with all BACB guidelines and requirements.
    • Maintain certification as trainer in Safety Care and remain active participant in Crisis teams at Quest locations served.
    • Attend conferences annually and read journals that pertain to ABA quarterly.
    • Conduct Behavioral Analytical research as needed or required, and present such research at conferences as appropriate.
    • Adhere to all Quest's policies and procedures.
    • Complete all other duties and special projects as requested.
    • Teach others programs effectively through hands on instruction, direction and follow up.
    • Create individualized programs to meet client needs/development.
    • Problem solve necessary adjustments to implemented programs.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally verbally and written.
    • Serve as liaison to outside agencies, regulatory bodies or stakeholders with Quest on validation/behavioral matters.

    Qualifications

    • Eligible to legally work in the United States
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment
    • Valid FL Driver's License with a clean driving record (no suspensions)
    • Bachelors degree in related field 
    • Certification in Behavior Analysis or working towards said certification, required
