    At Quest Inc, the Camp Staff will provide assistance to camp staff in office and administrative tasks as well as serving as a driver of camp vehicles. 

    1. Serves as reception for individuals visiting camp office, and communicates with parents/guardians, guests, Quest staff, and outside vendors 
    1. Answers camp phone during hours of operation, directing calls and messages to appropriate parties 
    1. Provides secretarial support to camp staff (i.e. copying, data entry, ordering, etc.) 
    1. Takes camp photos, updates online photo camp album, and creates end-of-session slideshow for guest families 
    1. Manages incoming and outgoing camp mail for campers and staff including providing postage  
    1. Completes office housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment, and maintains level of organization of office supplies 
    1. Maintains inventory of office supplies and communicates any needs to the Camp Director 
    1. Manages transportation schedule, ensuring that all transportation needs (both scheduled and emergency) are met 
    1. Drives camp vehicles for camp errands as needed 
    1. Helps to organize and provide staff-appreciation events 
    1. Responsible for posting updates and announcements around camp 
    1. Participates actively in all required trainings 
    1. Follows all Quest policies and procedures 
    1. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor


    ·         Valid American/International Driver’s license with clean driving record required

    ·         Experience with customer service, office operations, phone etiquette, etc.

    ·         preferred

    ·         Experience with Microsoft Office and SmugMug online photo database preferred

    ·         High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

    ·         Eligible to legally work in the United States

    ·         Be at least 18 years of age

    ·         Must have at least 1 year of related work experience

    ·         Successfully complete a background check and drug screen

    ·         Ability to read, write, and speak English

    ·         Ability to thrive in a team environment
