    At Quest, Inc., the Marketing and Communications Intern is responsible for assisting all marketing, communications and public relations efforts for Quest, Inc., with a focus on social media and other electronic media platforms in support of Human Resources recruiting initiatives. This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working for a well-known community based nonprofit organization.

    • Develop content and posts for Quest Inc. social media sites, including Facebook inquires, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube for both Quest, Inc. globally and HR recruiting efforts.
    • Assist in implementing various marketing efforts including, direct mail, internet, social media, and developing innovative tactics of marketing in support of global marketing and HR recruiting efforts.
    • Support the design of flyers, graphics, e-vites and other marketing and recruiting materials as they relate to the promotion of Quest, Inc. in the community.
    • Draft content in support of the Quest corporate and Intranet Portal websites in support of HR recruiting efforts.
    • Serve as an active member of the Marketing and Communications team and assist with other department projects as needed.
    • Serve as an active member of the Marketing and Communications team and attend all department meetings.
    • Display enthusiasm for the mission of Quest and the individuals we serve.
    • Follow all policies and procedures of the department and the organization.
    • All other duties as assigned to support the departmental/organizational needs.


    • Eligible to legally work in the United States
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment
    • Valid Driver’s License or State ID
    • Completed or working towards a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. English, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media)
    • Must be computer literate
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
    • Proficiency in social media platforms for business use
    • Knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, a strong plus
