    Responsibilities

    At Quest Inc, the Human Resources Coordinator position under limited supervision, this role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, ADP entry and Reporting.

     

    • Performs a wide range of HR Support duties relative to the creation, maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.
    • Processes classification status changes/transfers/payroll changes, etc. using ADP Workforce Now.
    • Maintains human resource information system (HRIS) records and runs reports from the database.
    • Uploads confidential documents in ADP Workforce Now and confidential shared drive, (Positive Directions, Voluntary Term Forms, 30/60/90 Performance reviews).
    • Maintains database of employee’s anniversary dates for employee recognition program and distributes monthly recognition awards/service award gift certificates.
    • Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment request.
    • Support of responding to Subpoenas as needed.
    • Supports Leave Administrator in the processing of FMLA/ADA claims using AbsencePro and serves as secondary POC for the organization.
    • Reconciles and prepares purchase orders for all benefits and HR vendors for payment processing.
    • Assists the manager with HR projects.
    • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
    • Work effectively with staff, applicants and all levels of management.
    • Present a positive and professional image to applicants, staff and vendors.
    • Speak effectively in front of small and large groups.
    • Manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously.
    • Meet critical deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
    • Two years of minimum of Human Resources experience required, SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus.
    • Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
    • HRIS experience required, ADP software (e.g., Workforce Now) preferred.
    • Eligible to legally work in the United States
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment
    • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
